Slide the right toes back to straighten the right leg. Inhale and lift the right leg parallel to the floor. Stretch the toes towards the back wall. Keep eye gaze on the centre point between the two hands. Raise the left arm parallel to the floor. Reach the fingers to the front wall. Hold for five breaths. To exit the pose, release the hand to the floor, then lower the knee.
